    All you have to do is touch and hold on the program you want to delete off the home page, then a trashcan will appear at the bottom of the screen, just drag it to the trashcan.

    I have the Droid from Verizon, and all you do to remove the apps is touch and hold your finger on them. Then at the bottom the arrow that you flick up to look at all your apps will turn red and have a trash can on it. Once you see that it has done that, you simply drag the icon right on top and let go.
