I got Android to work on my HTC 6900 and it works wonderfully. The only issue I have is that I can't add applications like E-Reader for Android. Help, I read a lot of e-books and must have E-Reader and Micropocket.

I doubt you are going to be able to use Android Market with a hacked phone. On the other hand, I would try going to http://slideme.org and install their app market. It doesn’t have ALL the programs that the Google Android Market has, but it has a pretty large sub-set of them, and a few that are not in the official market place.
You should be able to download the .apk file for the slideme app, once downloaded, click on it and install it. You will have to go into Settings, then Applications and put a check-box to allow installing from unknown sources first…
